Repair Policy

We stand behind everything we make. If your bag has a failure due to materials or workmanship, contact us and we'll repair or replace it. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we'll cover the repair and return shipping at no cost to you.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right:

  • Full refund within 7 days of receipt
  • Store credit within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Sale items are final sale
  • To start a return, email janeopost@gmail.com with your order number

Custom orders are quoted individually. Fill out our contact form to get started — we'll work with you on design, materials, and timeline. Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks from approval and payment.
