Repair Policy:
At Sarah Jane Post Design’s, we believe in the value of sustainability and are committed to reducing waste and preserving natural resources. That's why we offer repair services for our products that are in need of maintenance or repair.

We stand behind every item we make and offer repair services for any failures due to materials or workmanship. If you have a product that is in need of repair, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to repair or replace the item as needed.

In addition, if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly repair it free of charge. Simply contact us and we will provide instructions on how to return the item for repair. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.

Return Policy:
At Sarah Jane Post Design’s, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a return policy as follows:

• Non-sale items can be returned for a full refund within 1 day of purchase. After 1 day, store credit will be offered for returns made within 15 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges for the same item may be made for returns.
• To initiate a return, please email us at janeopost@gmail.com with your purchase order number and the specific items you wish to return. Once you receive a return authorization number (RA##), please pack and seal the product securely and mark the RA## on the outside of the box. Returns sent without a return authorization number will be refused.

• We reserve the right to deny credit for returned products that do not meet the return policy requirements.
• Returns will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for store credit to be issued.

Custom orders:
To place a custom order, please fill out our contact us form with your request and someone from our customer service team will work with you to understand your needs and preferences, and provide you with a quote for the custom item. Once we have received your approval and payment, we will begin working on your custom order.

Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete after the initial order is placed. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and notify you when it is completed and ready to ship.
