Refund policy
At Sarah Jane Post Designs, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a return policy as follows:
- Non-sale items can be returned for a full refund within 1 day of purchase. After 1 day, store credit will be offered for returns made within 15 days of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges for the same item may be made for returns.
- To initiate a return, please email us at janeopost@gmail.com with your purchase order number and the specific items you wish to return. Once you receive a return authorization number (RA##), please pack and seal the product securely and mark the RA## on the outside of the box. Returns sent without a return authorization number will be refused.

- We reserve the right to deny credit for returned products that do not meet the return policy requirements.
- Returns will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for store credit to be issued.
